Our trip is fully supervised by Illas Atlánticas National Park technicians and hand in hand with Camping Islas Cíes. From YCIES Club, we have prepared an instructive detailed excursion, with a great amount of information about flora, fauna, history and environment of the islands.

A meticulous work carried out in the context of sustainable tourism made us be awarded twice and embrace the European Charter of Sustainable Tourism of the National Park.

About the excursion

A guide of the National Park will lead the group on an inflate boat and provide information about the interesting spots.

Our excursion starts by a presentation at our meeting point (Camping Islas Cíes reception on the island). It is followed by some tips about navigation, security and behaviors you must follow during your trip. On our way to the kayaks, interesting information about flora, fauna and history will be provided.

Once on the water, we will take a few stops along the way to give your arms a break, talk about the island and take photos.

We provide high quality, certified, double kayaks, although we also have a few individual ones in the event of odd number of people. Pairs will be set up at the meeting point.

The duration of our excursion is 2 hours from the presentation.

We will take photos during your trip, which can be obtained for free. You will get memories that will last a lifetime!

Our excursion is an advanced one. Minimum age is 12 and swimming skills are required. Wearing the life jacket is mandatory during the whole trip. Children between 12 and 13 must be accompanied by an adult. However, those between 14 and 18 can paddle alone filling out an authorization form previously.

We have all the security measures required, as well as civil liability insurance both for the activity and the support vessel.

We highly recommend to book for the morning excursion whenever possible, as weather and sea conditions tend to be more suitable to our tours.

Our kayaks are designed for stability and safety. We will take photos for you. Anyway, there are some stop spots where you can take your own pictures, so our trip won’t be delayed.

    Si quieres aprender sobre las Islas, tanto del medio marítimo como el terrestre, hacerlo de manera divertida, pero muy segura, y especialmente respetuosa con el entorno y las personas, esta es tu empresa. Si eres de los que van a un Parque Nacional a hacer ruido, molestar a otros usuarios o animales, esta no es tu empresa. Gracias Willi y Alex por enseñarnos tanto sobre el mar en tan poco tiempo.

    La mejor excursión en kayak por las Cies que se puede hacer! Wili se involucra muchísimo y se preocupa porque no sólo sea una paseo en kayak si no una experiencia en la que aprendes muchísimo y no olvidaras nunca. 1000% recomendable!!

    Fuimos un grupo de amigas q no teníamos ni idea de remar😅 y los monitores que son de 10 nos instruyeron tanto para navegar como para hablarnos sobre la historia de las islas y su fauna y flora...navegamos muy a gusto y la ruta fue preciosa y ver otra perspectiva de las islas me gustó mucho el hecho de ir personas de varios puntos del mundo lo recomiendo 💯% en cuanto vuelva a las islas repito Willi

    Si vas a las Cíes, no te lo puedes perder, haz la actividad no te arrepentirás. Conozco la isla de ir muchas veces pero hacerlo en kayak te da una nueva perspectiva. Nunca había utilizado un kayak, pero es muy fácil . Además estarás acompañado de Willy, el guía, un auténtico fenómeno, te da mucha seguridad, además de explicar muchas cosas interesantes de la isla.

    Muy buena experiencia en un lugar tan bonito como las islas Cíes. Los guías son muy amables y nos enseñan mucho sobre el kayak y sobre la historia y la fauna de las islas. El tour también es una buena manera de descubrir las aves en su hábitat natural.

    Hemos ido este agosto a las islas Cíes e hicimos esta actividad. Willy y Álex, los dos monitores, fueron encantadores. Nos explicaron muchas cosas sobre el mundo marinero y también de las islas. Pasamos un rato super divertido que sin duda recomiendo a todo el mundo. ¡Ah! y nos hicieron unas fotos super bonitas para el recuerdo. ¡Gracias chicos!
